NOTES ON GREEN COFFEE
By roasting the coffee for extraction in espresso (agtron 50-55, Italian) we notice a light hazelnut color with beautiful stripes. On the nose, the coffee conveys sensations of milk chocolate and vanilla. To the taste, the coffee has a light body and turns out to be very balanced, certainly the sweetness and finesse of the aftertaste stands out.
If toasted by filter and brewing (agtron 65-70, full city) the fruity and vanilla sensations are definitely perceptible; acidity increases, but the coffee remains balanced.
