The perfect coffee for this season is not like any other coffee. What we at CaffèLAB propose is truly magical: All I want for Christmas is coffee is the new Christmas blend created by our team of coffee experts and roasters.

This coffee is our new limited edition, available only during this time of year. Warm, chocolatey, and creamy—perfect for December. Then comes the surprise in the aftertaste, when a delicate note of Rum Barrique appears on the tip of the tongue.

It’s not magic, but the skill of expert hands that produce one of the coffees that make up this new blend. The basic recipe doesn’t change: few ingredients, but excellent ones. To create this specialty and traceable blend, carefully selected coffees of different origins were chosen. These coffees have exceptionally unique aromatic notes, bringing to the cup the flavors of the Christmas holidays, well balanced with one another: Rum, Hazelnut, Chocolate, and Pandoro.

• Colombia Rum Barrique – Coffee fermented in Rum Barrique
• Peru San Ignacio – A full-bodied and aromatic coffee grown at high altitudes in the Cajamarca region
• Mexico Villa Corzo – A sweet and balanced coffee, cultivated by small producers committed to a reforestation program

An enveloping Christmas scent of Gianduia Almond, with a Rum aftertaste given by the Barrique fermentation, and sweet notes reminiscent of one of the most beloved holiday desserts: Panettone.
