A caffeine-free coffee is not a synonym of low quality. The coffees you’ll find here use different methods for the decaffeination: from the classic decaf to the more innovative and natural ones that use water or Co2, exploiting the variation from liquid to gaseous state of the latter. Today’s decaffeination techniques are perfectly capable of leaving the quality of the beans fully intact.
