For this evaluation the coffee was tasted in espresso at 91 °C to avoid intensifying bitterness and roughness, with an extraction of 30ml (28gr) in 22 seconds. The average degassing of the coffees was 60 hours.
This Robusta Coffee Blend is a cup with dark hazelnut-brown cream and greyish undertones. Notes of cocoa and wood can be detected, while the taste presents an extraordinary body,and a delicious crema! It also presents an amazing sweetness, which balances the natural bitter sensation of robusta very well.
