These awards have been obtained thanks to the thermal stability that guarantees a temperature between 92°C and 96°C throughout the extraction and a heating plate that preserves the coffee at a temperature of 80°C / 85°C.

This version of the Moccamaster can prepare up to 10 cups at the same time, but it can also be used for smaller quantities. In this case, it's possible to adjust the flow of water out of the cone to ensure the right contact time between the water and the coffee.

The use is very simple

Insert the right amount of water into the transparent tank, and the dose of ground coffee into a paper filter positioned in the plastic cone. By pressing the button that starts the extraction, the water is heated and distributed over the coffee. This takes place through a 9-hole hand shower that guarantees a uniform extraction of aromas. At the end, in 6 minutes we will have our jug of “American” filter coffee which can be kept warm thanks to the heating plate.
