When do we roast?
Rob roasts your coffee on Tuesdays and Fridays, following the orders arrived. If roasted for espresso, the coffees are then subjected to degassing for 2-4 days, depending on the season and the variety of coffee.

Our exclusive 100% Robusta blend is the result of careful selection of coffee from two distinct entities united by a passion and commitment to producing coffee of exceptional quality: Finca Onà in Guatemala and the Karagwe District Cooperative Union in Tanzania.

Guatemala - Finca Onà: This farm, located in the lush region of San Marcos, spans from 835 to 1280 meters above sea level. Managed by Don Antonio Luttmann and part of the "Mujeres en Cafe" project, Finca Onà not only produces excellent coffee but is also actively engaged in promoting sustainable practices and improving the living conditions of the local community. The Robusta coffee produced here, of the Nemaya variety, is handpicked and processed using the washed method.

Tanzania - Karagwe District Cooperative Union: Founded in 1990, KDUC represents numerous small producers near Lake Victoria. The main goal of the cooperative is to produce selected Robusta coffee, grown at an altitude of 1200-1800 meters above sea level, without the use of chemical fertilizers, pesticides, or herbicides, following principles of 100% organic agriculture, albeit not certified.

The Mokaflor Farm 100% Robusta Blend combines these two realities in an espresso or moka with a rich and complex flavor, surprising for its intensity and smoothness. A taste journey that starts with the tradition and dedication of small coffee producers and arrives directly in your cup, maintaining the principle of traceability that allows following the coffee bean from the field to the final consumer.
