Our research has resulted in a balanced blend of body and aromas, creamy, with low acidity and sweet finesse.

For this evaluation, the coffee was tasted in espresso at 93° C, with an extraction of 25 ml in 26 seconds and with an average degassing occurred in 48 hours.

This blend brings us a hazelnut-colored cream with beautiful stripes in the cup, balanced in the taste between acidity and sweetness, with a very light bitterness. The aromas are of toast, vanilla and light milk chocolate.
