For this evaluation we extracted the blend with a French Press, using a brew ratio of 50 g per liter, at a temperature of 94°C.
This coffee brings sensations of vanilla, chocolate and light caramel to the nose. The acidity is very soft, while a pleasant bitter note emerges. The body is well structured for an infused coffee.
This delicate blend is in fact light roasted, specifically for filter extractions and particularly recommended with automatic machines, but also with all brewing methods.
