The digital scale with timer is an important tool for every barista to keep all main parameters of the coffee extraction under control. We have selected this model after having tested it multiple times in our laboratory and having appreciated its truly exceptional quality / price ratio.

The scale can weigh up to 3 kg with a very immediate precision reading that goes down to the tenth of a gram. One feature we really liked is the silicone mat that protects the base of the scale and also allows the portafilter of the espresso machine to be weighed with stability.

The green backlit screen makes reading very easy and the scale is also waterproof, which is great for when you spill a few drops of coffee or water during work.
