Cioccolatissimo was created to celebrate Easter through taste: a coffee conceived as an original gift idea, dedicated to coffee lovers and to those who wish to turn their coffee break into a moment of warm, sweet, and satisfying pleasure, inspired by the typical sensations of Easter chocolate.
It is the alternative to the Easter egg for those who desire:
- The pleasure of chocolate extended over time
- A daily taste experience that accompanies them for weeks
- An eco-sustainable and responsible gift that respects the environment and the producing communities
To create this Specialty and traceable blend, three single-origin coffees were selected with extreme care, chosen after numerous extraction tests to achieve a rich, enveloping, and perfectly balanced sensory profile.
The blend is composed of:
- BRAZIL Villa Boa: A coffee that respects the planet as much as the palate. At 1,030m, the Catucai transforms into a symphony of chocolate and macadamia, telling the story of a forest that absorbs more CO₂ than it produces.
- INDONESIA Bajawa Forest: A unique specialty coffee, born in the volcanic forests of the island of Flores. The Bajawa Forest is a perfect coffee for those seeking sweetness and complexity in a refined cup.
- TANZANIA Muhurile: A selected Robusta coffee produced by a cooperative of small farmers in the highlands of the Karagwe region in Tanzania, processed using the Natural method.
In the cup, Cioccolatissimo expresses a full and creamy body, with a round and persistent structure. Notes of milk chocolate intertwine with hints of caramel and hazelnut, delivering a soft, sweet, and deeply enveloping cup that immediately evokes the pleasure of Easter specialties.
