Preparing Cold Brew with the Hario bottle is simple and intuitive:

• Open the filter and insert about 40–50 g of fresh ground coffee with a coarse grind.

• Pour the water a little at a time with circular movements to evenly wet the coffee.

• Once the bottle is full, close with the lid and shake gently to start the extraction.

• Leave to infuse in the refrigerator for about 8 hours.

• Serve directly, plain or with ice, or with milk, plant-based drinks, or tonic for more creative preparations.

For the best result, we recommend using 100% Arabica coffee, preferably Specialty Coffee, to enhance the freshest and fruitiest aromatic notes.
