1. Fill the boiler with cold water, without exceeding the safety valve level.
2. Add ground coffee to the filter without pressing it down too much. Ensure the edges are clean.
3. Screw the collector onto the boiler without over-tightening to avoid damaging the gasket.
4. Place the Moka on the heat source, ensuring the flame or heat does not exceed the base.
5. Wait for the coffee to emerge and, once the extraction is complete, remove the Moka from the heat.
6. Pour and enjoy an authentic, aroma-rich coffee!

To ensure maximum longevity and quality of your Moka:

• Do not wash in the dishwasher - Clean by hand with warm water, and soft detergent like this one.
• Dry thoroughly after each use to prevent oxidation.
• Replace the gasket periodically to maintain optimal extraction.
