Finca Chasca, located in the Villa Rica region, is surrounded by wild and pristine nature. In this place, majestic mountains tower over a lush jungle, creating a terrestrial paradise for coffee lovers. The landscape, where ideal climatic conditions harmoniously intertwine with a setting of rare beauty, provides the perfect context for coffee cultivation. This environment enables the production of beans of unparalleled quality.

At the heart of this wonderful project, we find Yerali, a prominent figure who embodies resilience and a deep passion for coffee. This passion passed down through generations, has its roots in her mother's teachings, affectionately remembered as "The Lady of Coffee". Yerali, with great pride and determination, continues this noble tradition, sharing it with her daughter while simultaneously embodying the essence of female empowerment in the coffee sector. Her commitment goes beyond mere coffee production, promoting gender equality and progress in the industry, and becoming a source of inspiration for the entire community.

Harvesting and Aromatic Profile

The harvesting phase takes place strictly between July and September, during which the Caturra, Catuai, Limani, and Gran Colombia varieties are carefully selected and processed through the washed method. This meticulous process enhances the intrinsic qualities of the beans, giving life to a coffee with a vibrant and complex aromatic profile. On the palate, sweet notes of milk chocolate, hazelnut, and brown sugar stand out, in a coffee with a smooth body and well-balanced acidity.

Tasting according to the SCA cupping protocol, this coffee scored 84 points.
