Acaia Lunar scale

This Lunar scale by Acaia is one of our latest arrivals. Designed and developed for espresso, it's also excellent for brewing extractions. In fact, it's much more compact than the Pearl White and Pearl Black versions and it can be placed on the grill of any espresso machine for the delight of professional and home baristas.

Its bluetooth connectivity to any android or Ios device allows you to control all the phases of extraction, save and share them with other baristas through a free app. We find that one of the most interesting functions is the auto-tare which automatically tares your cups before starting the extraction. In addition, there's also the self-timer function that can be set both from the moment we place the cup onto the scale, therefore also measuring the pre-infusion.

An object with a very minimalist and elegant design and completely water resistant. You can immerse the scale in a basin of water without any problem. Take a look at the video that accompanies this card.

In addition to the anti-grip rubber mat placed on the Lunar's surface, you'll also find a charger and a weight of 100 grams that are included in the box to calibrate the scale (we recommend that you do this at least a couple of times a month).
