Coffee scales

The coffee scale is an important tool for every barista, to help maintain all of the coffee extraction parameters under control. The weight and time of extraction, for example are some of the key elements to monitor. This selection includes scales of various different types and ranges, all equipped with a precision digital timer, capable of measuring with the highest precision, down to a tenth of a gram. These scales are essential both during the extraction of espresso and filter coffee, when we have to keep the amount of water we are pouring, the pre-infusion and extraction seconds under control.
