For this evaluation, the coffee was tasted in espresso at 92 °C, with an extraction of 25 ml in 26 seconds. The average degassing of the coffees took place in 60 hours.

This coffee has an excellent body and well-balanced sensations. The smell reveals notes of biscuit and vanilla, in some cases of light cocoa. A very balanced coffee.
