When making coffee, a variation of the water temperature of only a few degrees will lead to very different results in the cup. With this Bonavita electric kettle, the barista can constantly monitor this variable on a convenient display. This Bonavita kettle brings the water to a predetermined temperature in less than 5 minutes and maintains it for about 1 hour. Moreover, the temperature can be set from 60° to 99°C. Its precision "Goose Neck" spout and its lightness make it the best kettle also to be used in World Brewer Challenge competitions.
The ability to set the temperature precisely will also help you when preparing tea or infusions. For example, did you know that a higher temperature is needed for black tea whereas green or white tea need lower boiling temperatures?
