Microfibre cloths are essential for cleaning the filter and the steam wand. They are ultra-soft and non-abrasive, absorb up to eight times their own weight and can be rinsed and reused hundreds of times.

Quality bartenders know it well: the filter should not be simply brushed with a brush, but cleaned with a cloth. This microfiber cloth has now become an indispensable element of work.

To counteract the bacteria that lurk on the coffee machine, it has become normal to use small microfibre cloths also to clean and purge the steam wand after each frothing, as well as the filter holder. However, the color of the cloths used for the espresso coffee is different, in order to respect the "color codes" often required by the health control bodies.

Our cloths have two different colors. A black one, which we recommend to use to clean the filter holders or anything in contact with coffee. The white one instead for the steam wand and therefore what is in contact with the milk.

In the kit there is also a small carabiner applied to the cloth, perfect to attach to our apron or to the handle of a door.
