A very useful tool to improve the barista’s workflow in a Coffee Shop, perfect for weighing and grinding your single doses, both for filter and espresso.

It adapts perfectly to 57-58.5mm diameter filters and allows you to keep your workspace much cleaner, both in your coffee shop as well as in your kitchen.

The material is a super-resistant stainless steel, entirely Made in Italy.

Once you’ve grinded your espresso dose, simply hook it to the portafilter and turn everything upside down so as not to drop any ground coffee. Then level it evenly inside the filter holder, ready to be pressed.
