When do we roast?
Rob roasts your coffee on Tuesdays and Fridays, following the orders arrived. If roasted for espresso, the coffees are then subjected to degassing for 2-4 days, depending on the season and the variety of coffee.

This coffee comes directly from the Sidamo region, specifically from Habesha Farm, located at an altitude of 2,000 to 2,150 meters above sea level. The unique terroir of this area, characterized by fertile soils and ideal climatic conditions, allows for the production of an exceptionally high-quality coffee.

Grown from Heirloom varieties, Sidamo Finca Habesha is celebrated for its elegant and complex aromatic profile, making it a perfect choice for those who appreciate specialty coffee with fruity and sweet notes.

The washed process ensures a clean and refined cup. After pulping, the beans are fermented, carefully washed, and dried on raised beds, a method that ensures uniform drying and preserves the best aromatic qualities.

In the cup, Sidamo Finca Habesha releases an intense fruity aroma, anticipating a refined and well-balanced tasting experience. The first sip reveals sweet caramel and peach notes, harmonized by a pleasant, bright acidity. The aftertaste is long-lasting and enveloping, with hints of yellow fruits that give the beverage a soft and velvety character. The medium, silky body makes every sip a truly sensory experience.
