Mokaflor Farm was created to build a bridge between those who grow coffee with passion in origin countries and those who enjoy a cup at the bar every day. In a market often divided between generic, low-quality coffees and, on the other end, overly complex coffees not suited for daily consumption, Mokaflor Farm was born from the desire to find a new balance.

The 70/30 blend perfectly embodies this vision. It’s an accessible coffee, easy to understand and enjoy, yet also traceable and transparent. Designed for professionals and cafés that want to serve an espresso combining quality, storytelling, and respect for the people who produce it.

All the coffees in this blend are carefully selected and fully traceable throughout the supply chain, from the farm to the cup. It’s an approach that puts the focus on the farmers — the true protagonists of the flavor and character of every single bean.

The blend includes three origins. The first coffee comes from Brazil, from the historic Fazenda Isidro Pereira in the Minas Gerais region, where farming practices are both sustainable and environmentally conscious. This Arabica gives the blend structure and balance.

The second Arabica comes from Colombia, from Finca La Colmena in the Huila region, managed with great care by Ms. Blanca. Here, coffee plants grow alongside beehives in a unique ecosystem that reflects a harmonious and sustainable approach to agriculture.

The blend is completed by a natural Robusta grown in Tanzania, in the Karagwe region on the shores of Lake Victoria. This high-quality selection adds body, intensity, and persistence to the cup, while preserving the overall balance.

The result is an intense and enveloping blend, with a dense hazelnut-colored crema, a round structure, and well-balanced sweetness. An espresso designed to surprise every day, with richness and ease, never tiring the palate.
