To extract all the coffee particles in a homogeneous and constant way it is essential to have a grinding that is as "unimodal" as possible with particles of equal size, unfortunately at least not to have a coffee grinder of the highest quality and cost, in the ground coffee we will always find a good quantity of very fine particles (fines) and of very large particles (boulders).
This professional set consists of 8 sieves of different sizes (see below in the technical data sheet) and a bottom for collecting the particles that pass through even the finest filter.
Entirely in stainless steel this kit has a diameter of 200 mm.
