1 Moka pot,  1 conical dripper, 1 french press, 1 cold brew and, if you want, 1 water kettle. The Varia Multibrewer is a super versatile coffee maker which was awarded Best New Product by the Specialty Coffee Association in 2021.

In addition to the elegant design of this coffee maker, what we really appreciate about the Varia Multibrewer is definitely the quality of the materials and number of accessories. The jug is made of double-walled stainless steel to keep the temperature at its best, the handle is made of silicone to avoid burns when used on a heat source and the metal filters are of high quality and precision.

This kit includes:

  •  1 x Varia Brewer (jug, kettle, base, lid, plunger, mocha filter)
  •  1 x High-Quality Silicone Gasket Set
  •  1 x set of paper filters
  •  1 guide to the use of the Brewer
  •  1 x Decorative Seal Set


  • Hook the base to the bottom of the carafe and the dripper cone to the top
  • Insert a paper filter into the plastic cone and rinse it well with warm water
  • Insert a dose of ground coffee into the filter and pour the water in a circular way over the coffee until you reach the preset recipe
  • Once the extraction is complete, unhook the conical plastic filter and use the Multibrewer as a serving jug with the lid to keep the coffee hotter for longer
  • Fill the boiler with water up to the valve
  • Fill the filter with ground coffee, attach the funnel filter and insert them into the boiler
  • Screw the jug to the boiler and place the Multibrewer on a flame or induction plate
  • Remove from the heat source when the extraction is halfway through and serve
  • Put the dose of coffee in the base and screw it into the jug
  • Pour the hot water over the coffee until you reach the desired amount
  • Wait for the infusion time
  • Insert the cap with the filter and push the piston to separate the ground coffee from the drink
  • Serve immediately to avoid over-extraction of the coffee.
  • Insert the dose of coffee into the base and screw it into the carafe
  • Pour cold water over the coffee and close with the lid
  • Leave the extraction to rest at room temperature or in the fridge for 8/12 hours
  • Attach an additional filter to the piston that you also use for your French Press to better retain all the particles of ground coffee and press the piston
  • Pour the Cold brew into a jug
