The Caracolito or Pearl Bean is a very special selection of Brazilian coffee. This lot comes from the southern area of the Minas Gerais region.
For this evaluation, the coffee was tasted and extracted in espresso at 93° C, with an extraction of 25 ml in 24 seconds. The degassing of the coffee took around 48 hours.
The cream is marked hazelnut, with slight nuances. The aromas are of toast and light caramel, in line with that of many Brazilian coffees. When tasted, this coffee presents a light but pleasant body, good acidity and a decidedly soft bitterness.
An excellent coffee for espresso and moka.
