Located at altitudes between 1000 and 1200 meters, the area is renowned for its optimal agroclimatic conditions, which favor the cultivation of exceptionally high-quality specialty coffee.

Our beans are artisanally roasted with care in the heart of Florence, then cold-infused to preserve their most delicate and balanced aromas.
