How to adjust the grind size
The Mini Mill allows you to adjust the grind by turning the knob located under the burrs.
Turning clockwise makes the grind finer, while turning counterclockwise makes it coarser.
To set the desired level tighten the knob until the burrs are fully closed (touching each other), then turn it counterclockwise counting the “clicks.”
Espresso → 2–4 clicks
Moka pot → 4–6 clicks
Aeropress → 6–8 clicks
V60 / Dripper → 8–10 clicks
Chemex → 10–12 clicks
French Press → 12–15 clicks
Cold Brew → 14–18 clicks
